Since 1950, Young Audiences (YA) has envisioned a Maryland where the arts are valued for their capacity to transform lives, and every student is immersed in opportunities to imagine, create, and realize their full potential through the arts. Our work of expanding access to arts learning experiences for all Maryland students would not be possible without the help of many dedicated and passionate volunteers. We invite you to join us in our work—there are many ways you can help.
One of the ways you can learn more about YA is to sign up for an On the Bright Side Tour. During our one-hour tours, you’ll learn more about our mission and the work you will support with your donation of time.
We need your help spreading the word about our mission and our work in the community. If you belong to a group of committed parents, have a group of friends that patronize the arts together, or work at a company that wants to give back to the community, consider becoming a Tour Ambassador. We will work with you to invite your group to our monthly tours or host a tour at your home or office.
Are you passionate about Young Audiences’ mission, have a significant amount of time to donate, and want to be a part of the leadership of this organization? Please submit your resume to our Board Development Committee.
